Class Registration Information

Beginners:
Download the Beginners (New and Continuing) Registration Form.
All Beginners are required to pre-purchase a Tully Academy short set to wear to class and this is included on the registration form.

Continuing Beginners:
Download the Beginners (New and Continuing) Registration Form.
Advanced Beginners and Above:
Download the Advanced Beginners and Above Registration Form. Dancers should register for the same level class as they are currently attending. Dancers must attend the class they register for and only use the alternate day for a necessary make-up class.
Tuition:
Tuition is listed separately by day and class. If you attend 2 regular classes (no specialty classes) for a complete session, you may deduct $25.00 from your total amount. Any family with 3 or more dancers may deduct 10% from their total bill.
Missed Classes:
You may make up any missed class at any other time or location of the same level class during the same session.
Siblings may not make up classes for each other. There are NO deductions or refunds for missed classes.
Payment:
We accept personal checks or cash as payment. Tuition is due by the first class and it is preferred to have your payment MAILED to our studio in Glenview. Please make sure you include your filled out registration form, printed clearly, and your class level and day noted in the memo line of your check. A $25 fee will be assessed for all NSF checks as well as tuition not received after the second class.
We do offer payment plans. Please contact the office should you wish to inquire about a payment plan for the session. You can reach us at tullyacademy@aol.com.
