Established in 1962, Sheila Tully Academy has been teaching children throughout Chicago and the northern suburbs for over 48 years. Classes are held for beginners and for more advanced dancers through the Championship level. Our calendar year is divided into three sessions:

• Fall/Winter session starting after Labor Day until mid-January
• Winter/Spring session which begins in mid-January until mid-June
• Summer session starting from mid-June until mid-August
  

We also offer a specialty Show Class starting in December for dancers who wish to participate in St. Patrick's Day shows and other performances throughout the year. Performance dances are not taught in the regular classes. Dancers must have received their jig certificate and have a formal school or solo costume in order to attend Show Class and perform.

Enrollment is ongoing for new beginners, boys and girls, age 5 and older, and they may start anytime during a session.
